RAW Quick Hits! - 6/11/18; Last Raw Before Money in the Bank

Raw comes to us live from the Verizon Center in North Little Rock, AR. We are six days away from the Money in the Bank PPV.

Tonight’s Raw begins with all of the red brand representatives in the ring standing on ladders. Everyone in the ring got a word in, everyone except for Natalya. It was basically a screaming match that leads into a Fatal 4 Way match between the ladies.

Natalya def. Alexa Bliss, Ember Moon, and Sasha Banks

Great match. Lots of fast-paced action and suspense which always works best in these types of matches. The match was very physical as well. The match got a “This is awesome!” chant from the crowd so that tells you all you need to know. Give it a watch.

Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre def. Breezango

Complete domination from Drew and Dolph. This is the most I’ve cared about Dolph in quite some time. I definitely enjoy this team going out, beating teams up, and calling people out.

Roman Reigns def. Sunil Singh

You don’t need a recap on this one. It was all a ploy for Jinder to hit the Khallas and lay out Reigns six days before Money in the Bank.

The B Team wins again!

Undefeated. Looks like the warning has come from the Deletors of Worlds.

John Mayer gave Elias a pretty sweet guitar! Man, Elias has some cool friends.

Wait a minute

Ruby Riott def. Bayley

Pretty good match. Interesting to note that Michael Cole was really talking up Ruby as a future Women’s Champion. Ruby gets the win thanks to a distraction from Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan.

Ronda Rousey makes Nia Jax tap

In a face to face segment six days before their Women’s Championship match at Money in the Bank, things got heated between Nia Jax and Ronda Rousey. Nia kept poking the bear by saying Ronda wasn’t ready for the WWE stage. Ronda took offense and got in the face of Nia after running down her accolades. Nia threw a punch that Ronda blocks leading to Ronda rolling through and attempting to lock in an armbar. Nia tried fighting out but I’m the end she taps. Lots of questions for this match. Mainly can Ronda go 2-2 in PPV matches? Can she win the Women’s Championship her first try?

Sami Zayn made an army style obstacle course for Bobby Lashley. Yeah, I don’t know.

Braun Strowman def. Kevin Owens, Finn Balor, and Bobby Roode

This was a really good main event to close the show. Throughout the night Kevin Owens was meeting with Bobby Roode and Finn Balor to discuss strategy, specifically the three of them ganging up on Strowman tonight in their Fatal 4 Way match. This one didn't go like you would think. Each man had his moment to shine, taking out Strowman and almost pinning him to win the Fatal 4 Way. The crowd stayed hot for this one and despite Owens' plan temporarily working, he's the one that gets pinned by Strowman after a powerslam onto a ladder.

That does it for tonight's Raw. I thought this was a great go home show that perfectly highlighted all of the Raw matches happening on Sunday at Money in the Bank. What did you think of the show? Comment below or reach out to us on Social Media:
