Raw kicks off with John Cena making his way to the ring. He says that last night we saw Jack Swagger shock the world and win the Smackdown Elimination Chamber and he will now face Alberto Del Rio for the World Heavyweight Championship and he will take on The Rock for the WWE Championship.Just before he could tell us his plans for Wrestlemania he is interrupted by CM Punk. A disgruntled Punk says last night The Rock beat him fair and square. His beef is Rock vs. John Cena is deja vu. He knows how it ends and it ends just like it did last year with John Cena losing to The Rock. What he wants is for John Cena to walk away, walk away and give Punk his title shot. John says he's not just going to hand him his shot. He rather offers Punk and shot to face him, and if he wins he can have John Cena's shot. Punk says Cena just made the dumbest decision of his life. However Punk says the match won't happen tonight, but rather next week for Raw. Cena tells Punk to take the week and get his beauty rest because next week he'll be victorious and at Wrestlemania 29 he'll be victorious because the champ is here.

We come back from commercial break with Sheamus backstage with Matt Striker. He explains to Matt that he feels they let everyone down. Ryback is also backstage pacing back and forth in obvious anger. An annoyed Sheamus asks Ryback what's his deal? He's just as upset about losing to The Shield but they must adapt and overcome. He asks Sheamus is he gonna be a machine or the neanderthal everyone thinks he is. Just as they were about to come to blows Chris Jericho steps in and says The Shield has everyone on edge. The Shield has taken the company he loves more than anything hostage and he can't have it. He says he's going to go to Vickie and request that The Shield face Ryback, Sheamus, and Y2J, a request later granted.

We return from commercial with Sin Cara already in the ring for his match against Mark Henry. The match is basically a squash, WWE playing up Mark Henry as an unstoppable force. Henry wins with the World's Strongest Slam. He attempts a 2nd WSS but The Great Kahli comes out to stop him. Before they begin to brawl Henry exits the ring.

We get a recap of last night's US Championship bout and the incident where The Miz accidentally low blowed Antonio Cesaro and got DQ'd. Tonight there is going to be a non title rematch this time it will be no DQ. A majority of the match is Cesaro targeting Miz's injured shoulder. Miz out of nowhere its a leg sweep which causes Cesaro's throat to crash into a chair. Miz utilizes this and locks in the figure four and picks up the win.

After the match we get a recap of Jack Swagger's surprising Chamber win and a strange Youtube video of Zeb Colter and Jack Swagger complaining about the current state of America. The video is really bordering strange supremacy propaganda.

We're backstage with Team Hell No who are mad at each other for not working together and hugging in the ring. Daniel Bryan says he went to Vickie and requested a singles match with Jack Swagger and he doesn't want any help from Kane. Kane says he's gonna do the same.

We fade to Vickie Guerrero on the phone. She is interrupted by Paul Heyman who she informs she has a big surprise for tonight in the ring.

We head back to the ring with Dolph Ziggler coming down to take on Alberto Del Rio. This was a pretty good match, very balanced. There was a pretty sweet spot where Del Rio hit a reverse super-plex. The finish came with a countered Jump DDT into Del Rio's cross arm breaker and Dolph taps. After the match Big E. Langston blindsides Del Rio. A savvy Ziggler uses this opportunity to cash in his Money in the Bank shot. As he goes to hand the briefcase to the ref Ricardo Rodriguez intercepts the hand off and books it to the back dropping the case on the ramp. Ziggler makes AJ grab the briefcase and bring it back. When she hands it to Ziggler Del Rio hits an enziguri knocking Ziggler out cold. No cash in tonight folks.

We come back from commercial break with Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett in the ring promoting a movie he's in called Dead Man Down. WWE shows the trailer which actually looks pretty cool in my opinion. Before Wade could promote the movie more he's interrupted by Sheamus via big screen saying Wade isn't the real star of the movie but Sheamus will let him know what he thinks of the flick...but there's no time.

We hit the ring for a 6-man mix tag match between Brodus Clay, Tensai, and one of the Funkadactyls (I forgot which one) vs. Primo, Epico and Rosa Mendes. The match was entertaining and rather quick. The Funkadactyl chick had some pretty cool spots. The winners via Double Splash Brodus Clay, Tensai, and Funkadactyl girl. (sorry!)

WWE recaps today's press conference announcing the host city for Wrestlemania XXX New Orleans, Louisiana.

Back from commercial break with Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter in the ring to deliver their State of the Union speech. This angle makes me somewhat uncomfortable. I get what WWE is trying to do pitting the super patriotic bad guy vs. the Latino good guy it just seems a little too grown up for a PG show. Anyway it's basically a promo of Swagger saying he's gonna win the WWE title at Wrestlemania for America. Daniel Bryan's music hits and we are underway for Jack Swagger vs. Daniel Bryan. This match is cool from a pure wrestling standpoint. Also an aggressive Jack Swagger adds more of a brawl feel to the match. Bryan's ribs are heavily taped due to the damage suffered in last night's Elimination Chamber. Swagger just lays it into the ribs hard but DB hangs tough gaining temporary momentum. Bryan hits a succession of YES kicks but gets caught and dropped on the last one. Before he can capitalize Bryan puts on the NO Lock. Swagger gets to the ropes and gets the breather. When Bryan stands up he gets chop blocked from behind by Swagger. Jack locks in the Patriot Act and Daniel Bryan has no choice but to tap.

We're back from commercial with Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero and Paul Heyman. She says tonight she will be naming a new assistant tonight, Brad Maddox. Maddox says this is a reward for his loyalty to the WWE. Heyman says this is going to make him vomit and he excuses himself but before he can leave Mr. McMahon interrupts him via satellite. Mr. McMahon reminds Heyman he granted Heyman his wish but also reminds him he said he would do anything if granted the stipulation. Mr. McMahon says firing Heyman would be too easy so next week both men will be face to face in the ring and the two of them will have a fight. Please note that the crowd was dead cold for that announcement.

After a recap of what happened earlier tonight on Raw we get set for a 6 man tag match between Chris Jericho, Sheamus and Ryback vs. The Shield. Tonight is the first time ever The Shield will compete on Raw. The match starts of Ryback and Rollins. Ryback comes in pounding and almost gets disqualified but Jericho steps in to calm the beast. This match is just straight physical especially when Reigns and Sheamus collide. Sheamus goes for the Brogue Kick but Rollins pulls Reigns out of the ring before he could hit it. Ambrose steps on the apron and gets a Brogue Kick for his troubles. During the commercial break Shield picks up the upper hand. Unil Ryback gets the tag and cleans house. We get the same set up as last night with Reigns not allowing Shell Shock except this time Rollins only gets a 2 count. Shield doing a real good job of quick tagging and keeping every man fresh. Ryback gets the tag to Y2J and Reigns gets the tag to Ambrose. Jericho comes in hot not missing a step. Outside Reigns spears Ryback. Y2J locks in Walls of Jericho on Ambrose. Reigns looks to stop it but gets cut off by Sheamus and they brawl to the outside. Out of nowhere Rollins hits a flying spring board knee that knocks Jericho out. Ambrose hooks the leg and get the 3 count win for The Shield. The Shield remain undefeated. Great match once again.

We come back from commercial break with Kofi Kingston in the ring ready for his match against Damien Sandow. Sandow says he has ancestors who were advisers to past Presidents. Before the ref could even ring the bell Sandow starts laying it into Kofi. He pummels him to the outside when suddenly the theme of R-Truth hits and he comes flying in to help his friend. Truth disposes of Sandow and him and Kofi celebrate in the ring.

Josh Matthews speaks with 2 co-stars of the new GI Joe: Retaliation movie starring The Rock. WWE shows a quick trailer of the new movie.

We're back from commercial with Randy Orton set to take on Kane. This match is more grounded with both men keeping the match very slow paced. The crowd is really dead for this one both men start to sort of auto-pilot it when Orton his signature moves. As Kane begins to gain momentum however, he gets distracted by Daniel Bryan walking down to the ring. He turns around right into a RKO from Orton and a 3 count.

We come back from commercial break to the University of Louisiana Lafayette doing a performance before WWE Champion The Rock makes his way to the ring. In a surprising move The Rock unveil a new somewhat custom WWE title. The Rock shows off a bit with the title and says he going to Wrestlemania but he doesn't know who he's going to face. As he is about to reveal who he wants to face Joh Cena's music hits. As he makes his way down the ramp he in struck from behind by CM Punk with the old WWE title. Punk stands on the entrance ramp and we fade to black as The Rock and CM Punk have an intense stare down. Goodnight folks!
